1) Shipping under your own responsibility
You send us your patient by parcel service or forwarding agent of your choice.
Please enclose the completed “Repair order” form with the appliance.
2.) Pick-up service by b&m
If you do not have a shipping department/packaging facility, please contact our internal sales department. We will then discuss a collection with you (if necessary with our shipping box provided) and agree the necessary details.
After receipt and inspection in our workshop, you will receive a cost estimate with findings (all repair and maintenance procedures are photographed and archived by us as proof).
If a repair is no longer economically viable or technically possible, we will provide you with a quotation for an adequate replacement product at the most favorable conditions.
You then have two options:
- You approve the order in writing. We carry out the work acc. estimate and return the device to you freight collect.
- You do not want to have the device repaired. The device will then be returned to you carriage forward after payment of the cost estimate. Please note that we must dismantle the appliance in order to prepare a cost estimate. If you do not agree to a repair, the appliance will be returned disassembled.
