2-component pumps are required for processing high quantities of 2-component or multi-component products (e.g. acrylate gel or PUR gel). Due to the extremely short open times, which can vary depending on the product and setting, the components must be mixed shortly before they leave the injection pipe by using a special “static mixer”.
